Stop measuring; start ranking inside the answers. Six months of structural AEO — schema, rewrites, FAQ pages, named experts — until ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews quote you back.

Growth is a six-month AEO foundation programme that takes a measured baseline and turns it into citations — by deploying schema, restructuring three priority pages each month, shipping a new FAQ page monthly, and rewriting two existing pages per quarter under the AEO recipe.

Best fit: Companies post-audit (ours or another) ready to execute · Mid-market B2B with content cadence already in place · Teams that have an SEO person but no AEO discipline

What does month one of Growth look like?

Discovery and quick wins — 30 queries chosen, baseline frozen, schema deployed, the first three priority pages restructured, and one new FAQ page shipped.

Week one is discovery: query selection with you, baseline freeze across the five AI platforms, technical audit if you didn't come from Starter. Weeks two and three is the schema rollout — FAQPage, Article, Organization, Person for named experts, BreadcrumbList. Week four ships the first three AEO-structured page rewrites and one new FAQ page targeting conversational queries.

You'll see the first report at day 30 — citation deltas (typically still flat at this stage), structural compliance scorecard, and the queue for month two.

The compounding starts in month three. Schema is fully rolled, six AEO-structured pages are live, two long-form FAQ pages are indexed. AI Overviews start picking 2–4 of your queries, ChatGPT and Perplexity start surfacing your URLs as sources for adjacent questions.

How do you decide which pages get restructured first?

We rank pages by citation potential per hour of effort: query intent, current page structure, commercial weight, and how close the page already is to the AEO recipe.

Citation potential weighs four factors: how often AI systems return any answer for the underlying query (some queries have no AI surface at all yet), how high the click-through value is when they do (commercial intent), how cleanly your page can be restructured (a wall-of-text blog versus a structured product page), and how far behind the leading citation source you are.

Pages that score high on all four go first. We deliberately do not start with your homepage — homepages rarely cite well and the rewrite cost is high. We start with two or three deep, query-aligned pages where structural compliance changes the AI surface fast.

You'll see this prioritisation in your monthly content plan. Re-prioritisation happens every quarter as competitive landscape shifts.

What's the difference between Growth and a content marketing retainer?

A content retainer optimises for human readers ranking on Google. Growth optimises for AI systems extracting and citing — different rules, different tests, different success metric.

Most content retainers ship 4–8 articles per month aiming at organic ranking. They test against keyword volume and human click-through. Growth ships fewer net-new pages but restructures existing ones — because the structural fix often beats the new page in citation outcomes — and tests against AI-citation metrics and share of voice in AI answers.

The two disciplines overlap on quality (extractable content is also good content for humans) but diverge on where time goes. We spend hours on schema, X-is-Y intro tightening, FAQ direct-answer compression, named-expert byline schema. A content retainer typically does not.

Companies that need both — net-new content velocity plus AEO structural discipline — usually run Growth + a separate content team, or jump directly to Scale where original content production is included.

Frequently asked questions

Can I bring my existing content team and just have you do the AEO layer?

Yes — that's roughly half of Growth engagements. We restructure their drafts and own schema, they own writing.

What if our site is on a difficult CMS?

We've shipped on WordPress, Webflow, Drupal, custom Astro/Next, and HubSpot CMS. Schema-injection paths exist on all of them; some need DevOps hours.

Tell us your CMS in the discovery call. We'll confirm whether AEO structural changes can be made by editors directly or need an engineering ticket each time.

What gets reported each month?

Citation deltas per AI platform, structural compliance scorecard, page-level changes shipped, share of voice movement, and the next month's queue.

Do you guarantee citation count?

No. AI systems are probabilistic — we publish expected ranges (8–12 of 30 queries cited at month six) but cannot guarantee specific placements.

Want to scope this for your case?

A 30-minute discovery call is enough to know whether this package fits — and whether the niche multiplier lands the price where you want it.
